Meet Steven Rees

Physiotherapist 

Steve commenced working as a Physiotherapist in 2007, and since then he has worked within Australia and the UK, across all areas of physiotherapy.  He enjoys leading an active lifestyle including playing lacrosse, and this has led him to develop a special interest in sports injury management, as well as muscle and joint pain. Additionally Steve holds a degree in Exercise Science, and this has given him refined skills in exercise prescription for a range of different client populations. Steve’s personal treatment philosophy aligns with that of My Physio, involving a holistic approach to patient management, which includes listening exceptionally well, hands on assessment and treatment, education and prescription of personalised corrective exercise programs.
